instinct or intuition?

Isn’t it really hard sometimes to distinguish whether an impulse is coming from our higher self or from our subconscious mind.. yet again.. ? For Jester.. things can always become very complicated rather quickly anyways, because of his great ability to overthink even the most simply things to dust.. 🤯💥 ..shouldn’t there be some indicators for us to discern between an ‘instinctive’, behavioral or compulsive ‘itch’.. ..and a real intuitive inspiration from the higher self..? 🤔
